We stand behind our quality with a Limited Lifetime Warranty on all ceramic parts, a 5-year warranty on metal parts, and a 1-year warranty on thermometers and gaskets to ensure your investment is protected for years of use.
How do I clean my Kamado Joe?
Cleaning is simple thanks to our patented slide-out ash drawer. For the interior, a 'high-heat burn' will oxidize any residue. Once the grill cools, simply brush the grates and empty the ash drawer. Never use chemical cleaners on the internal ceramic walls.
Can I return my order if I change my mind?
Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that due to the size of our products, return shipping fees and a restocking fee may apply to freight-shipped grills.
